R. Kelly's Burglary Suspect Turns Himself In To The Authorities

This year's been filled with strange revelations pertaining to R. Kelly's life. Between the alleged sex cult in his home to calling out an autistic kid for thinking he's on drugs, R. Kelly dug himself into a big hole in terms of his reputation. Last week, news broke that two of R. Kelly's Georgia homes were burglarized. At the time, the culprit was reported to be one of Kelly's part-time employees. Now, that same person has apparently turned himself in.

Alfonso Walker, who's allegedly responsible for ransacking R. Kelly's Atlanta homes, has turned himself into authorities, according to TMZ . They say the man is now facing charges of two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by taking and two counts of theft by deception from Johns Creek Police Department. Walker had an arrest warrant issued on him and was initially supposed to turn himself into police last Tuesday which didn't occur. Authorities said they were told Walker and his people were told by Kelly to clean out and sell all of the singer's belongings because he was gearing to move to Chicago.

The burglary on R. Kelly's home occurred over Thanksgiving weekend but the singer was on tour. Over the weekend, he posted a series of videos and photos on his Instagram that showed the emptiness of his home at the time. He has also released a statement thanking Johns Creek Police Department for their help on the case.

Monkeypox over affliction in Bayelsa

A child infected with the monkeypox virus  (Medicine Net)
Bayelsa health commissioner Dr Etebu said that the deceased was recovering before the incident.

One of the 21 patients of suspected monkeypox in Bayelsa has reportedly committed suicide.

According to a report by Vanguard, the patient, who is one of those being managed at the isolation facility of the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH), committed suicide on Sunday, October 15, 2017.

Eleven persons were suspected to have been affected by the disease on October 4, 2017 in the state.

The Commissioner for Health, Prof. Ebititula Etebu, at a news conference organised by the Ministry of Information, said that the deceased was recovering before the incident.

” It is, however, important to note that the patient was recovering and had improved significantly like other patients.

” All are doing well; 10 have been discharged; seven still on admission and improving.

” His medical history did not suggest any mental illness or features of depression,” he said.

He assured the public that the patient did not die from the suspected monkey-pox disease.

The Commissioner said a committee had been set up to evaluate his past and recent clinical and social history, to determine if there were undisclosed mental illness or personal family problems that could justify suicide.

Etebu assured the public that Bayelsa Government was doing everything to contain the outbreak and ensure all patients received appropriate care and treatment.

He said the police and the family had been duly informed that all due diligence was being followed for the eventual burial of the deseased.

In his remark, the Commissioner for Information, Daniel Iworiso, said monkey-pox had now been confirmed in Bayelsa; before it was suspected case.

“This is to inform the general public that the patient did not die of the disease but committed suicide.

” We want to tell our people not to  panic; government is on top of the situation.

” We should try and stay away from bush meat, monkey precisely."

He urged the general public to always maintain good hygiene, ensure that they washed their hands properly.

The Information Commissioner assured the public that the situation would be handled with the strong medical team of the hospital.

Eminem Got On Pink's "Revenge" After She Sent Him A Drunk Email

"This is why they call it liquid courage."
It's not easy to ask Eminem for a feature, even if you've worked with him before. According to Pink's new
interview with Entertainment Weekly , it took a lot of wine for the singer to work up the courage to email the rapper about doing another collaboration.
"I sneak-attacked him," she said,
explaining how her new track "Revenge" came together. "[Producer] Max [Martin] and I started making ['Revenge'], and I wrote this rap. We were drinking a lot of wine, and then I went home and I thought more wine would be a good idea."

Once she'd consumed a satisfactory amount of alcohol, it was time to send off a risky email. "I emailed [Eminem],” she said. “This is why they call it liquid courage. And I said, ‘You know I love you. I like that you work with a lot of the same people, like Rihanna . She’s hotter than me, but I’m funnier. So I’m going for a rap Grammy, and I’d like to take you along with me.’ It was this long email, and he wrote back right away and just said, ‘Okay.'"
That "okay" turned into a verse delivered to Pink's inbox that blew her away. "I emailed him again, I was like, ‘This is the best thing I’ve ever heard! I want to tackle you and rub your face in the dirt!'" As someone who's previously held the record for most words in a single song, Em isn't much of a talker online. “He just wrote back and was like, ‘Okay,'” recalled Pink.
"Revenge" was released on Pink's

Beautiful Trauma album, released Friday. Just before that, Eminem appeared on the BET Awards, performing a Trump-bashing freestyle that has continued to cause conversation this weekend.
Eminem's next album is expected to be released later this year , but contrary to reports, it is not yet complete . Denaun Porter revealed that he was simply trolling reporters with his statement that the LP was done. "Anytime they come in there, they can expect to get trolled with any kind of question like that," he said. "I'm never the person to give up that kind of information. I might say, 'Hey, we're working on it' or 'Hey, we're close.' But I'm never going to be the guy that gives up the information. But they can get trolled.

Nicki Minaj Supporting Her Brother "100 Percent" During Sex Abuse Trial

Nicki Minaj is standing behind her sibling.

Jury selection in the Jelani Maraj child sex abuse case began last week, and with the severity of the legal procedure kicks up a few more notches, his sister Nicki Minaj is reportedly still supporting him unconditionally.

According to People , the 38-year-old brother of rap's leading empress is expected to be tried for what could be three weeks in Long Island, New York, after he was charged with sexually abusing a child younger than 13 years old.
Jelani has emphatically denied the allegations that first led to his arrest back in December of 2015, although he now faces charges of predatory sex assault against a child, course of sexual conduct and acting in a manner likely to injure a child. Leading up to the imminent trial, he has pleaded not guilty.
If found guilty of the charges levied against him, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
“These are a bunch of lies,” his attorney, David Schwartz, originally told Newsday . “There’s a big, big motive to lie here which I can’t get into right now. But these are false accusations.” Although the lawyer did not give details as to the inner workings of his client's defense, he did speak highly of Minaj, the sister who posted the $100,000 bail for Jelani when he was first thrown in jail. She supposedly used two of her homes to back the money that was posted. Schwartz also stated that Minaj might attend part of her brother's trial and is still behind him "100 percent."

Although Minaj has never publicly commented on her brother's legal woes or given insight into whether or not the accusations against him are true, she had previously posted a photo of the two of them not long after he was arrested, which most took as a sign of support that would continue throughout the case, if and when it did go to trial. In the caption, she wrote: "I would cross the ocean for u. I would go & bring u the moon. Promise u. For u I will. I love my brother so much. Can't believe I cried during his wedding and his first dance like a punk. May God bless him and his union

Is Everything Alright In P-Square’s Camp?

The relationship between Peter and Paul Okoye seem to have gone sour, again.

In the past, the two brothers have had their differences but they have managed to settle their issues.

Now, it seems the two brothers are revisiting a buried issue or perhaps, it is a new disagreement that is causing the reported animosity they currently have towards each other.
The two brothers have been throwing subliminal and shady social media posts that seem to be directed at each other.

Court refuses to order Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB not to disrupt Anambra election

Federal High Court, Abuja, granted the request seeking to serve court processes on Nnamdi Kanu and the Indigenous People of Biafra

- The court was asked to stop Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOP) from disrupting the governorship and House of Assembly elections in Anambra state
- The judge only granted the order of substituted service on Kanu and IPOB, and refused all the other reliefs sought by the applicant and asked that all parties in the suit be put on notice
The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday, September 5, granted the request seeking to serve court processes on Nnamdi Kanu and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) through substituted service.
The court, however, ordered that other respondents in the matter, namely: the Inspector-General of Police, the Commandant General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps and the Attorney-General of the Federation be served personally.

Justice B.O. Quadri gave the order following an ex-parte application by Mr Richard Ndubuaku for an order of court for substituted service of all the processes of the court on the defendants by publishing them in two national newspapers.
Ndubuaku, who made the application through his counsel, Mr Smart Iheazor, also asked the court to make an order restraining the respondents, whether by themselves, members or agents from disrupting the forthcoming Anambra election.
He also asked the court to make an order restraining Kanu and all members of IPOB from interfering, intimidating and harassing all registered and eligible voters in the Nov. 18 Anambra election.
He further asked the court to prevent Kanu and IPOB from mobilising its members either by threat or undue influence to scuttle the election, pending the determination of the originating summons.
Iheazor told the court that his client premised his application on the grounds that Kanu and IPOB had severally made utterances and threats which were published in newspapers which they had not denied or retracted.
“From the antecedents of Kanu and the activities of IPOB, they are capable of carrying out their threat.
“Serving the processes of this suit on the them by publishing in two national newspapers will bring same to their knowledge as it will be dangerous and difficult to effect personal service on them.
“The applicant has several businesses and business interests and houses in Onitsha and Awka with over 100 staff that will be affected if the threats of Kanu and IPOB are carried out.”
Iheazor further explained that the applicant was almost 70 years old and may lose all his life investments in Awka and Onitsha and may not withstand the destruction of his life long struggle.
The judge, however, only granted the order of substituted service on Kanu and IPOB, and refused all the other reliefs sought by the applicant and asked that all parties in the suit be put on notice.

"The man answered the solider by telling him that it was a Biafra flag, and that he is a Biafran, the Nigerian solider got provoked and before everyone knew exactly what was going on, the solider slapped the tricyclist and started dragging him away. At a point, the man been brutalised couldn't bear the pain anymore and started to defend himself but instead of calming the situation down the Nigeria soldier shot his leg.

Lil Wayne Hospitalized After Suffering Multiple Seizures, Cancels Las Vegas Show

UPDATE: Lil Wayne appears to be on the mend according to close family members.

In a series of Twitter posts, the rapper's daughter Reginae Carter updated fans on his health. "My dad is doing fine everyone! Thanks for the concerns. You guys are amazing," she shared Monday morning. "Oh yeah.. & don't believe everything you hear."

Rapper Lil Wayne has cancelled his Las Vegas show on Sunday night after suffering multiple seizures, reportsTMZ.

According to the site, the rapper was hospitalized at Northwestern Memorial in Chicago after being found unconscious in his hotel room at Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago. Despite suffering from the debilitating seizures as a result of his ongoing bout with epilepsy, the "Lollipop" hitmaker has reportedly been released from the hospital.

The outlet also reports that a rep for the "Sucker for Pain" rapper has confirmed that he had to cancel his Vegas gig as a result of the multiple seizures he had this weekend. Additionally, the rep says that the music man is currently resting.

Since the rapper has previously suffered seizures while flying before, it is likely that doctors advised him not to fly due to his condition. In 2016, Wayne had to make an emergency landing during a flight from Wisconsin to California.

Wayne was supposed to perform at Drai's Beachclub at the Cromwell at midnight with Rae Sremmurd. On Sunday night, the club confirmed on its Instagram that Wayne had been replaced at the last minute and had been replaced by DJ Franzen.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances Lil Wayne will be canceling his previously scheduled performance tonight at Drai's Nightclub located at the Cromwell Hotel. In lieu of his absence T.I. will be performing in his place alongside DJ Franzen for another installment of Sundries," announced the hotspot.

Back in 2013, Wayne alarmed fans when he was hospitalized after suffering multiple seizures. The performer later revealed that he's epileptic and "prone to seizures."

"This wasn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh...I have had a bunch of seizures, you just never hear about them," he told Power 106's DJ Felli Fel at the time. "My heart rate went down to 30 percent. I have people around me who know how to handle it. This time was real bad because I had three back to back and the third one was so bad."

Lil Wayne Returns to the Stage to Perform Following Seizures

Lil Wayne is already back on his feet after suffering two seizures Monday.

Lil Wayne is already back on his feet after suffering two seizures Monday.

The "Forever" rapper performed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo Wednesday only two days after his plane had to make an emergency landing because of his health scare. Based on video footage, the 33-year-old rapper appeared to be feeling better as he worked his way through the crowd smiling.

After Lil Wayne was released from the hospital, his rep told E! News that he was on the mend. "We can confirm that he did experience two minor seizures yesterday. Under the guidance of his own doctors, he is now in stable condition and good spirits," his rep said. "He thanks his fans for their everlasting support, prayers and well wishes."

The good news excited fans, but the rapper made everyone even more relieved when he broke his silence after the medical emergency. "Thx for the prayers!! I love y'all!" he tweeted.

The "How to Love" rapper was flying from Milwaukee, Wis., to California when he had to make an emergency landing in Nebraska. Omaha Airport Authority confirmed to E! News that it received a medical divert call around 2:36 p.m. local time. When ambulance and the rescue fire department responded, the party involved refused treatment. The plane departed after authorities terminated the response 30 minutes after the initial call came in.

But E! News later learned that the jet arrived again at 3:56 p.m. where the passenger on board was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. The passenger walked off the plane on his own accord.

Lil Wayne revealed a few years ago that he has epilepsy and is "prone to seizures."

We're glad to see you're feeling better, Lil Wayne!

Four years ago Lil Wayne, whose given name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, spent several days at a Los Angeles hospital, after which he told radio station Power 106 he was epileptic and prone to seizures. Lil Wayne had been set to perform in Las Vegas late on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, has condoled with Governor Obiano. Ikpeazu said: “the late Madam Christiana lived a good and long life worthy of emulation.
