How To Rank Your affiliate Blog site On Google

Hey guys, I work in the affiliate business, which means I create a lot of websites and test a lot of different stuff to try to make them rank and convert.
for CMS I use WordPress, where I have managed to make a website go from unindexet to #2 on Google within a few days, which I thought some of you might find interesting
A little disclaimer is that I did this on medium competition keywords, and not high competition.

It's getting closer to being a year ago where I did it, and I haven't recieved any warnings or messages through Google & bing webmaster tools and so on.
Anyways here's the "recipe" that I used to make this possible

Meta data:
It's improtant to make your meta data top notch.
First of all you wanna go to settings > general and choose the language you want the website to rank for.
URL structure is also really important, so go to settings > permalinks and choose "post name", ideally you customize it for every page though, so it's optimized.
After that is done install "Yoast" or "All in one Seo" and set that up, there is lots of guides for that, so I'm not gonna go in depth with that.

Only 1 H1
A lot of themes have the flaw that they have multiple H1's which can really harm your SEO, so make sure this is not the case with your theme, to check it
view the source and search for H1, this is very critical.

Low spam score
There's lots of factors in spam scores, here's how to avoid a few ones easily:
- Add a contact email or form, this is important
- Every article should be 1000 words
- Do not hide or make links hard to see, this is a huge factor

Sitemap and breadcrumbs
It's important to have a sitemap, and less important to have breadcrumbs, but it's a nice little extra thing that Google rewards.
Yoast and many other plugins offer both of these things.

Pagespeed: Google insight
Pagespeed is becoming one of the biggest factors, so it's important to have an eye on it, a great tool for this is Google's own tool,
It's not hard to hit a score of 100/100, all you need to do is install plugins that does whats listed below.
- Minification (better wp minify, w3 cache)
- Move scripts to footer (scripts to footer)
- Remove Google fonts and other external code (remove google fonts)
- Caching (w3 cache, super cache)
There is a ton of plugins that can do these things, I have written some examples plugins after each point
It's important to note that if your website is built with Jquery or the like, moving Jquery to footer might cause some functionality to not work.
It's a big flaw to have a website which is built with that nowadays though, so you might wanna consinder switching theme if that is your case

Backlinks
A lot of people say that links and mentions is more than half of your SEO, which is why things like linkbuilding is very important.
There is a lot linkbuilding techinques, like creating great content, infographics and much more.
Since my websites are affiliate sites, I don't have content that people naturally link to, therefor I buy links for all of my websites
In my example where my website went from unindexet to rank 2 on Google.
I have my personal favourites which I don't think I'm allowed to mention here, so I won't.
There is a ton of link sellers and websites where you can exchange links for example.
I hope some of you guys can use my little "recipe" or "guide" even though I know it's not a lot of information, it is enough to make a website rank well.
So instead of spending thousand of dollars on some seo expert, go do it yourself!
I'll do my best to answer question
Have a great day
Over and out

Ways You Can Get A Post to go viral

Theres a blogger here in Australia who wrote blogs regularly and had a small track (a few thousand people) and one day wrote a blog post published in their media, then VIRAL. Within hours, he was one of the most popular women in Aus. No more than six months later, has written a book and is now on a world tour. Not the name, but a forum Aussies probably know who I mean.

So the creation of a post-viral, obviously, it seems to be the quick fix to get my mark to the right people. Need not be a blog but no social position has the ability to go viral so here are two things that I picked up on how to get there.

Make content sharing:

It seems obvious, but if you can get people to share your message on social networks it becomes visible in their calendars for friends and so on and so on, once collected some traction will not be too long before its content is in the world.

While many people are too parts (and you probably blocked your RSS feed for this reason!) Overall, people share two reasons to entertain your friends, or because the content is appropriate for a shared experience that they have had with the others.

So keep your educational positions promote your product or service, a life lesson, or anything else that is most likely to find useful. And then try to make it entertaining to boot - I always take this to mean the fun and humor that will attract a large target market.

Be controversial:

This is a common way that people go viral, but probably not the one I'm comfortable with myself. The reason why this will not work for me at this stage because I want my company to be represented in a positive light by all (wherever possible) and if I share half the population thats a statistical risk for me. But the controversy is causing havoc on the playing field of social media so it is recommended if you want to wake up a little reaction.

Has anyone other tips on how to produce content that may go viral? Or is it all in the luck of the draw?

You Can Still Make Money Online With A Blog

Everyone repeats the same thing ... adsense, adsense, adsense ... which is fine, but this is not the main component of a successful business online / blog. You first need to structure their content based on the niche that directs and writes REAL, quality content, if you're not writing at ease high quality articles, then I recommend hiring an experienced writer ... do not take shortcuts.
Superior content will position your site as an authority and also be an asset if you decide to sell it later. you not in accordance with the low quality content, pay a little more and you enjoy years later.

First know what demographic you want to target. As you said that you want to start a health blog is good because you can solve this problem in different ways. Follow these

 Steps:
1. Write the content you are passionate and can generate a lot of traffic
2. Use this traffic to become email subscribers.
3. Send them things that are innovative and interested guard.
4. When you get confidence, start selling products that can be yours or someone else.
You can earn serious money if you focus on the last point. There are people selling things that do not require strict nutritional FDA approval. You can sell these products in exchange for a fee. But before getting into all this selling business, make a blog that explains the benefits of certain vitamins for a human body without mentioning any intention to sell the product immediately. This will show your audience that you are not just a greedy seller. After introducing the product at the end and show how the product is competes well with others in the market.

How To Make Money From A Blog:
1) Set up your blog
2) Start creat
ing useful content
3) Get off your blog and start finding readers
4) Build engagement with the readers that come
5) Start making money from the readership you have through one or more of a variety of income streams

Is a matter of time things will work out for you

Reasons Why Your Blog Is Not getting traffic

There are many reasons why a website or blog can not get enough traffic. Things like domain age, the author's reputation, the number and type of references (inbound links), the strategy of social media and content freshness play their part, but for the average website problem is in other areas.

9 Simple Reasons Your Blog Still Isn,t Getting Traffic
1.) You Aren,t Sharing it Socially
2.) You Aren,t Focusing on Any One Keyword or Subject
3.) Its Boring as Heck
4.) Your Blog Design is Horrible
5.) Your content is not good enough
6.) You aim for high competition keywords
7.) Your website is slow
8.) You were hit by Panda or Penguin
9.) You hired the wrong SEO firm

How I Unlock My Huawei Modem E303 Recently

I just gotten this Huawei Modem e303 from etisalat, I was expecting I would be able to subscribe to an affordable data my old etisalat Sim Card and just insert it in the modem then start surfing.

Instead I was offered some free data (which I wont disclose its size) on my mtn Sim card. The first thing that came to my mind was to use the mtn data on the modem, but the modem was locked to use and connect to the internet only with an ETISALAT Sim card.
I was reluctant so I just inserted my mtn sim card into the etisalat Huawei modem (knowing it wont work) and in a matter of seconds the modem connection interface just pop-up this annoying and disappointing dialogue box, requesting for unlock pin.

So I contacted a friend immediately, a friend who is an expert in unlocking modems (even the modems you think are stubborn) asking him to help me out. He told me to bring the modem so he can unlock it for me, but I wasn’t satisfied with that method, so instead I also took a flash drive along with the etisalat Huawei modem to his house.
On getting to his house, he requested for the modem and i gave it to him. My guy just started the whole unlocking stuffs and ended it in just 1 minutes without inputting any Huawei modem unlock code. The modem started working with all networks instantly.
Being amazed, I asked him “guy you go teach me the stuff o” then he replied “no problem”.
He asked for where he could copy files for me, I gave him my Scan disk 8gig flash drive instantly (then he smiled) so he just copied the software he used in unlocking my modem from his pc to my flash drive, then he taught me how to use it.
I bet you wanna know how and which software he used.

How To Unlock Huawei Modems With Huawei Modem Unlocker
1) The first step is to Download and install Huawei Modem Unlocker to your PC.

2) The second step is inserting another network sim card into the huawei modem.

3) Now connect the modem with your computer or your laptop.

4) After connection of the modem with your pc, now launch the huawei modem unlocker where you installed it

5) Inside the Huawei unlocker software you will see a check box labelled “ Auto Unlock Modem ” just tick the box

6) After ticking the check box now look below, you will see a big UNLOCK button with huawei logo on it.

Click the button and wait for the Huawei modem unlocker to do its job.
7) Always look at the RESULT tab below the software interface to see the progress of your unlocking, if its successful or not.

That’s it, the modem unlocker will auto generate the unlock code and use it to unlock the modem automatically.

After all those are done successfully you can now launch your modem application and configure the internet settings of the inserted sim card network to it.

This is the screen capture of me checking my remaining mtn data bundle balance on my Etisalat Huawei E303 Modem after unlocking it

Is there anywhere you don’t understand quite well in this post?
Or maybe there is a modem playing hide and seek with you, or you also have another method to unlock modems.

In my last post i talked about how i unlocked my etisalat huawei modem e303 without spending a dime and used my mtn sim to browse in it. And now today i will be discussing with you guys the next step i took to make my mtn Sim browse inside the modem after unlocking it.
though the huawei modem was unlocked and its detecting all network Sims but i haven’t configure the Internet access point that will make it connect to the world wide web. knowing how to do that myself i don’t have to call my friend as i did earlier, all i did was just open the huawei modem software and play through it, and fortunately i got it done.

How To Configure Modem To Work For All Network (MTN, AIRTEL,ETISALAT AND GLO)
I will be using my modem interface as a case study so you guys can grab it so easily.
Firstly open your modem software

AIRTEL AIRTEL INTERNET.NG.AIRTEL.C
___________________________________________
ETISALAT ETISALAT ETISALAT
___________________________________________
GLO GLO GLOFLAT

After you config ure the modem with the above setting as appropriate then click on Save then click on OK .

After saving the new profile, you will be redirected back to your modem connection screen.
From there click on the drop down menu and select the new profile you just created according to your preferred network.
After selecting it now click on the
CONNECT button beside it.

Your modem should now connect to the Internet flawlessly (thats if you have data subscribed on it).
Thats how i did mine, but if you are having issues setting up your modem with other networks please dont be shy or lazy to ask, the comment box is always opened for you to interact

Verizon offered by the Moto Z Play for $ 10 installments, knocks 7 $ off

When it comes to the identification of flagship models of smartphones from the Motorola brand, one would not but notice that the Moto Z Play is not in this league and doesn’t been manage to crawl into the leagues of high end devices by this same manufacturer.

However, we were surprised by the appearance that some high-end are not able to compensate for their lack of class by wrapping a large 3150mAh battery that will take him through all the tasks you want to perform or give Qualcomm snapdragon chipset 625 which is under the hood.

At Verizon, we used to see this device sold for a total sales price of $ 408 and those who would like to have yours in the contract would total $ 17 over a period of 24 months. Go to the database and the list of some of the carriers now, there seems to be a new change that would get the device for less than $ 10 per month for the next 24 months that effectively brings the total retail price $ 240.

Although there is no indication of how long this offer will be implemented, there is a warning in the sense that this promotion is only available for new users who come bring their lines to the Big Red, and former customers could do to try with the old pricing information.

Lumia 640 XL obeys gravity once more, gets price slashed in the US

When you hear that there is a smart phone which is good and capable, that sells for a price that is less than $ 99 somewhere, the first thing that comes to mind is laughing, but then jokes about you because DailySteals Lumia 640XL is offering for a price of only $ 79.99, which is $ 20 shaven that aT & T officials. This is also a device for sale for $ 250 normally in the mentioned support and $ 300 otherwise if you want to get yours unlocked.

The price drop if this device has ben radically and with the way gravity acts on it, we hope it can not raise the price of the anymore. In the month July, we saw the smartphone take a huge plunge that dropped to only $ 150 and when finally arrived in October just around the corner, we were already seeing a $ 100 price tags on the same unit.

With 5.7 inches, the device packs up to 1GB of RAM also has an internal storage space of 8 GB which is balanced by the main camera of 13MP powered by a 3000mAh battery.

Things you need to know about data warehousing

Data warehouses are at the core of many information driven business initiatives. They ’re used to store large volumes of historical data which can then be used in business intelligence projects to create knowledge -based reporting.

But a data warehouse isn ’t just a single , huge repository of data , they come in a number of different types . What they all have in common is that they ’re separate from day -to- day operational systems. Data is uploaded to a warehouse after it has served its primary purpose , so that it can be used for statistical analysis and decision support , once out of date for this purpose it can then move on to be archived .

Origins
The history of data warehousing goes back to the 1980 s when IBM researchers first came up with the concept of a “ business data warehouse ” in an article on the architecture required for business information systems . Commercial software aimed at building data warehouses began to appear in the early 1990 s and The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI ) to promote the use of the technology was founded in 1995 .
Prior to the introduction of data warehousing , decision support systems often involved a large degree of duplication . Different departments of a business would have their own analytics systems using the same data , but not have access to a central pool of information from which they could all draw .

How It Works
A typical data warehousing setup will be made up of a number of elements or layers . It will be supplied with data by source systems throughout the organization . The raw information will undergo some sort of preparation process to ensure that it ’s properly formatted, accurate and ready for use .
To be effective the warehouse needs to have metadata , data quality , and governance processes in place . This allows IT staff to manage the information , the metadata , sometimes referred to as a data dictionary , also stores information about the data ’s source , its format and how it ’s used .
The data warehouse itself can use different architectures for storing information depending on the type of data and how it will be used . The most common are online analytical processing ( OLAP ) , and online transaction processing ( OLTP ) .
OLAP is used where there’s a low number of transactions, but the queries carried out are complex and may involve aggregating data . Typical uses for this are in data mining . OLTP on the other hand is used where there are a large number of short query transactions.

As big data becomes more common , predictive analysis is being used in many data warehousing environments . This uses complex mathematical models to find patterns in the data , these can then be used in the prediction of future outcomes .
A number of different models can be employed to structure within the warehouse . The logical model for example uses attributes such as dates , time , product IDs, etc as database keys . A physical model will combine this information with a traditional tabular database format . A conceptual model , by contrast , looks at the data ’s relationships . In practice , most warehouses will use a combination of these models to define and access their contents .

At the user end of the process tools and applications allow business units to access data from the warehouse for a variety of user tasks . Typically these will be things like market research , business intelligence and decision support . Though these tasks are not part of the core warehousing system , they can ’t work without the warehouse ’s ability to deliver the information via an up to date data dictionary.

Business Benefits
Because the information held in a data warehouse is a copy of that used in live production systems it can be used and manipulated in ways that simply wouldn ’t be possible with the original source data . This provides businesses with a number of key benefits.

Data warehousing makes it possible to integrate data from a number of different sources into one central database . This means it can be queried as a single source, so data from different parts of the enterprise can be brought together and eliminate the silos that can mean information which could be useful to one department remain isolated in another . The net result is a centralized view of the entire business .
It also delivers the ability to maintain historical data after it ’s expired or been archived from source transaction systems. This can be restructured so it makes more sense to business users without the risk of compromising the source . Restructuring can be used to improve query performance too, again without having an effect on production systems . A further advantage here is that because query data is in one place the job of data scientists in organizing and ensuring the quality of the data is made easier .
Since a data warehouse is able to integrate information from many different systems it can prove useful for merged businesses where divisions may be running legacy IT . With a data warehouse this allows an overview of the organization that might not otherwise be possible, which in turn leads to improved decision making .
Business systems like customer relationship management can benefit from data warehousing as the information can add value to the application without any need for it to be re - entered .

The Future
Data warehousing is now a well established technology and many businesses are reaping its benefits. But as ever in the world of IT nothing stands still . Increasing trends towards the cloud , evolving storage technologies and the use of big data are going to see changes to the warehouse model and may even see it superseded in some places.
The biggest challenge comes from big data technologies , in particular Hadoop. This uses a “ data lake” architecture , which can offer savings in terms of hardware and software when compared to traditional data warehousing models .
We’re also likely to see increasing moves towards automation with less need for human intervention in managing and verifying the integrity of the information . This should make it possible to build data warehouses in real time , meaning that the data available for analysis is more up to date and will lead to more accurate decision making .
Given the existing investment many organizations have in data warehousing it ’s unlikely to go away . There ’s no doubt that it will change , processing in the cloud will unlock the potential to analyze large amounts of data faster and this will bring the benefits of data warehousing to smaller organizations.

Open Hardware Monitor: still alive!

After almost two years without updates, the Open Hardware Monitor project came to life with the release of version 0.8.

The open source project is a free tool to monitor CPU load, speed and temperature clock, fan speed, voltages, video cards, RAM usage and more.

The new build brings much -need hardware support for Intel Skylake CPUs , along with Kaby Lake, Airmont and i 5 , and the Xeon E 5 -26 xx v 4 and D -15 xx .

Added support for the ITE IT 8620 E , IT 8628 E , and Nuvoton NCT 6102 D /NCT 6106 D super I/ O chips should get the program working with many more motherboards.

now there is more information available for RAM NVIDIA, Samsung and Plextor SSD.

The plot window has a management and customizable colors smarter pen, and there are some jetties error corrections.

The program is still a small download, only 502 KB. The interface is basic but functional, and easy to generate graphs of all the attributes that you want to monitor.

Open Hardware Monitor provided reasonable results in our test laptop, showing precise details and figures for our CPU, motherboard, hard drive and more.

The program was not able to give us information about our load temperature or GPU, despite correctly identify, but we do not know the extent of this problem might be. If you are interested in hardware monitors, check anyway - no installation required and still running Windows XP or later.

How to block pop-up Windows 10 for Microsoft Edge Rewards and Bing

Just the other day users began to notice that Microsoft used Windows 10 to push ads to board your browser. Already irritated by ads Windows 10 itself and the appearance of the application to your Start menu, people suddenly wondered how to stop unwanted pop-ups.

One suggestion I started doing the round was simply unclip Microsoft Edge of the taskbar does the job - but it does not work for everyone. Here are some things you can do to avoid the appearance of Microsoft announcements.

If you are still trying to pull Edge is a very quick and easy process. All you need to do is click on the right mouse button on the icon for Microsoft Edge the taskbar and select the Uninstall option in the taskbar. But there is another way to stop notifications, and can be configured via Settings.

open configuration via the Start menu and then click System followed Notifications and actions. In the list of options on the right, find the configuration called "tips, tricks and tips while using Windows" option and switch to the off position.

What is interesting about the recent popups ads, it is that they are not specifically about Edge, but were on Bing Rewards. Microsoft could use the same technique to advertise other things, so you could save you from a future ad inundation.

Hacker Discovers Gmail Vulnerability That leaves any Account Open To Compromise

A Student and security researcher from Pakistan has found a serious issue with Gmail that makes it possible for a hacker to take over any email address.

The vulnerability relates to the way Google handles the linking of a primary Gmail account to another email address for the purposes of message forwarding. In just a few steps it was — before Google fixed the problem — possible to take over ownership of an email address by tricking the system into sending out the necessary verification code.

If a hacker knows a secondary email address associated with a Gmail account he is looking to compromise, Gmail can be fooled into sending the account verification email to any address. The person who found the flaw, Ahmed Mehtab, explains the conditions in which the flaw can be exploited:

If recipient’s SMTP is offline
If recipient has deactivated his email
If recipient does not exist
If recipient exists but has blocked a user
Over on HackRead, Uzair Amir shares details of how an attack can be carried out:

The attacker tries to verify the ownership status of an email address by emailing Google. Google sends an email to that address for verification. The email address cannot receive the email and hence, Google’s mail is sent back to the actual sender and this time it contains the verification code. This verification code will be used by the hacker and the ownership to that particular address will be confirmed.

Or, as, Mehtab puts it:

Attacker tries to confirm ownership of xyz@gmail.com
Google sends email to xyz@gmail.com for confirmation
xyz@gmail.com is not capable of receiving email, so email is bounced back to Google
Google gives attacker a failure notification in his inbox with the verification code
Attacker takes that verification code and confirms his ownership to xyz@gmail.com
The video below goes into a little more detail:

YouTube is Changing, Consider These Changes In The Comments Section

As for the YouTube comments section, there is very slim chance you will come across a more increasingly annoying hive of scum. It is not really easy just making do with the disjointed moderation tools. Well, our torture will not last any much longer as YouTube has drafted hands to the desk to address this. From what we have seen on their Creator Blog, YouTube is rolling on quite a number of improvements to the mode of moderation of comments.

With what we will be having soonest, YouTube creators will gain the capacity to blacklist some selected phrases of words. This way comments violating the list would need manual approval. This is not all, creators have the option of climbing on to YouTube’s almighty algorithm which defines which specific comments are “potentially inappropriate,” thus withholding them for approval.

We have quite a number of public-facing changes to YouTube comments too. There is the avenue for creators to now pin a precise comment to the top of the comments section. This is very close to what we have on Reddit. For ease of recognition, the name of the channel in comments will now come along with a red outline. And at last for now, creators have the capacity to now drop hearts on comments for public acknowledgement of such comments.

From what we are seeing, these changes are still being rolled out. I didn’t really see much of them on my channel yet. But then, there is the strong hope that with these changes properly kicking, there will be that improved flavour for the YouTube comment section.
